Mechanical Engineer in Training

About the Role

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the design, preparation of engineering calculations and detailing of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems

  • Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines

  • Assist in preparation of engineering studies

Requirements

  • 1 – 4 years of relevant experience in the A/E industry

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Passing Fundamentals of Engineering exam preferred

  • LEED AP preferred

  • Proficient in AutoCAD MEP and 3-D software

  • Knowledge of Trane Trace, equipment selection tools and Microsoft Office programs

  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of professional conduct and appearance
