Andrew began his architectural career at Albert Kahn Associates, and his return to the firm has been marked by a deep commitment to guiding the next generation of leaders. With over 25 years of experience across healthcare, commercial, industrial, and higher education markets, Andrew’s career has been defined by a collaborative, people-first approach to leadership and design.

His business philosophy centers on integrity, mentorship, and building strong client relationships rooted in trust. Andrew believes that good design and good business are not mutually exclusive. He sees sustainable firm growth as a product of investing in both people and performance. He places high value on active listening, accountability, and fostering a culture where long-term thinking and humility lead the way.

As a Principal, Andrew plays a key role in strengthening Kahn’s presence across diverse markets, building long-standing client relationships, and mentoring internal teams. His ability to bridge design thinking with strategic business planning has made him a valuable voice in both project and firmwide conversations.

Licensed in multiple states and a LEED Accredited Professional, Andrew brings a unique perspective grounded in high-level project execution, operational insight, and long-term leadership development. His elevation to the Board reflects both his strong leadership and his commitment to helping guide the firm’s continued success.
