Today, we are thrilled to announce the promotion of two exceptional individuals who have not only contributed significantly to our firm but have also exemplified the values that make Albert Kahn a leader in the architecture and design industry.

 Shelli Jaeger: Director of Architecture - Technical Leader

Since joining us in 2004, Shelli Jaeger has been a cornerstone of our technical architecture team. Her meticulous approach, coupled with an unwavering commitment to excellence, has set a high standard across numerous high-profile projects, including work with Ford Motor Company, Nissan North America, and the Erie Downtown Development Corporation. Shelli's keen attention to detail and her ability to consistently deliver top-tier results have earned her the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike.

 In her new role, Shelli will take the helm in leading the technical development and quality control of our projects. She will be responsible for developing and refining the standards and guidelines that uphold our firm's reputation for precision and quality. Working closely with the Operations Leader and in collaboration with project management and engineering team leaders, Shelli will ensure that our production processes remain at the forefront of industry standards. Her promotion is a testament to her outstanding contributions and the high regard in which she is held within our firm.

 

Andrew Stone: Director of Architecture - Operations Leader

Andrew Stone’s journey with Albert Kahn has been marked by his exceptional ability to manage resources, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to projects that shape communities. From his work with Oakland University to his involvement with Erie Insurance, the Erie Downtown Development Corporation and Corktown Health, Andrew has demonstrated a deep commitment to both his craft and the broader community.

 As the newly appointed Director of Architecture - Operations Leader, Andrew will play a critical role in overseeing resource management and collaborating with our COO on staffing and assignments. His leadership will be instrumental in the professional development of our architectural staff, ensuring that the next generation of architects continues to thrive under his guidance. In addition to his new responsibilities, Andrew will maintain his role as Principal and Lead Architect on select projects, where his expertise and vision will continue to shine.
