We design for lower operating costs, healthier interiors, and a smaller environmental footprint, and we document it for whatever rating system you need to hit.

Some design decisions can be tested against research. In healthcare especially, decades of studies show how the built environment affects patient outcomes, staff effectiveness, and safety. We apply that research, as defined by The Center for Health Design, to make design choices you can defend with data.
